Mr Fiadjoe gets another NHS Clinical Excellence Award for developing, delivering and managing a high quality women's health service at Mid-Essex Hospitals NHS Trust. This award also commend his contribution to the NHS through research, innovation, teaching and training.

Mr Fiadjoe receives elevation to become a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (FRCOG) for his contribution to Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

Mr Fiadjoe presented the Outcome of his operations at the Joint American Urogynaecology Society / International Urogynaecology Association Scientific Meeting in Washington DC- July 2014

Mr Fiadjoe presented "New Developments in Urogynaecology" on 8th July 2014, MAU Broomfield Hospital Chelmsford. He discussed the latest innovations and controversies in the field.

Mr Fiadjoe spent 2 weeks in Africa as International Urogynaecology Association(IUGA) Faculty to perform surgery and teach Consultants and Subspecialty trainees on the IUGA supported Urogynaecology Fellowship Program.

Mr Fiadjoe was in Ghana as part of the International Urogynaecology Association's effort to set up Urogynaecology training centre for the West African Sub-region. He also delivered a lecture on " Pelvic Floor Disorders and Childbirth" at the Korle-bu Teaching Hospital.

Mr Fiadjoe organised a Gynaecology Update Day for GPs. This was attended by about 60 GPs with very good feedbacks.

Mr Fiadjoe has now introduced surgery to preserve the womb in those women who would like to avoid hysterectomy in the presence of prolapse

Mr Fiadjoe was the keynote speaker at the White Ribbon Alliance for Safe Motherhood. He gave a talk on "Pelvic Floor - I care" This was very well received and rated as excellent by over 100 attendees.

Mr Fiadjoe and Mr Siddiqi(Colo-rectal Surgeon) now undertakes joint Robotic Surgery for women with Pelvic Floor disorders(prolapse, incontinence and obstructive defeacation syndrome) at Broomfield Hospital.

3rd - 7th Sept 2012

Mr Fiadjoe joined hundreds of other International Urogynaecologist at the Annual Scientific Meeting in Brisbane Australia discussing latest advances in the field. He has come back with lots of new ideas to help improve the lives of women with pelvic floor problems including Prolapse and Incontinence

Mr Fiadjoe is one of a team of doctors organizing the first Multidisciplinary Obstetrics Midwifery and Anaesthetic Simulation (MOMAS) course at Anglia Ruskin University Chelmsford. This will equip junior doctors, midwives, Obstetrics and Anaesthetic Consultants with the skills to make our labour wards safer.

Mr Fiadjoe participates in the “Pelvic Health: European Expert Forum” in Prague, Czech Republic. There was discussion on advances in the management of Overactive Bladder Syndrome and Painful Bladder Syndrome.

28th June – 2nd July 2011

Mr Fiadjoe joins other Urogynaecologist at the 36th Annual Scientific meeting of the International Urogynaecology Association at Lisbon Portugal. Roundtable expert discussions were held on the latest developments in treating prolapse including laparoscopic hysteropexy and mesh kit vaginal repairs.
